My reading program hasn’t been especially methodical - I’m sure there’s loads of other “obvious” classics I haven’t even touched yet - but the secondhand bookshop had a copy of Mere Christianity that I gravitated towards thanks to that nice familiar name in a sea of unfamiliarity, and once I’d read that, I was insatiable for more. He’s endured for a reason!
