You know, that’s a good point! I can look back at the old days now and say ‘thank goodness I was nobody’, but at the time I know I felt a lot more angst about not keeping up or fitting in - probably partly an age thing, but large social networks do have that effect ime. I’m probably happier overall with my quiet life on DW, even if I do pine for the days when content about my fandoms flowed free.
