Dear author,

Thank you so much for writing for me! I love every fandom, character and ship I've requested and will be unreservedly thrilled to match on any of them.

Other than my handful of DNWs, I'm open to anything. I've written some prompts to get the ball rolling, but I'm honestly not married to anything and am totally happy for you to use as much or as little as you like: adapt or subvert or branch off with any of my ideas, or scrap them and use your own. Go where your heart tells you to go, and please feel free to include past/background ships, opt-in kinks, unhappy endings if that's how you roll - seriously, go wild!

I've requested some solo characters as well as both / and & pairings, and I have no strong views on the line between them, so please don't worry about being too shippy or not shippy enough. I love it all, from genfic to romance to darkfic to smut.

If you're looking for me elsewhere, I'm on ao3 and occasionally tumblr

Thank you again, and happy writing!

Crossover Fandom

Justice of Toren One Esk Nineteen | Breq (Imperial Radch) & Eleventh Doctor (Doctor Who)
Justice of Toren One Esk Nineteen | Breq (Imperial Radch) & Thirteenth Doctor (Doctor Who)

Oh, man, meeting Breq would be like Christmas come early for the Doctor. All that compassion, intelligence and fierce humanity wrapped up in a firmly non-human AI package. I feel like the two of them would find a lot in common: they're both ancient and well-travelled, they've both done things that they can never make up for, and they've both made up their minds that the only way to keep on living past that is to choose integrity and put respect for life above everything else.

There's also just so much spectacular alien weirdness in both canons that I'd love to see collide. Has the Doctor spent much time in the Radch, or in any of the parts of space where Justice of Toren would have been stationed back in the day? Maybe the Doctor gets wind of the Republic of Two Systems, and can't resist coming to visit a world where spaceships have asserted their independence? Would there be any trouble bringing the TARDIS along, given that it would probably be a significant being under the Republic of Two Systems' laws? What would the Doctor make of the Presger?

Ensemble cast or supporting characters from either canon are very welcome: Companion-wise, I'm especially attached to Thirteen's cohort and the Ponds.

Imperial Radch series

Any character

I have to be honest: I'm stumped on how to prompt for this canon, because all I keep wanting to say is more. More fractured, emotionally stunted AIs with hearts of gold. More elaborate alien social conventions. More wacky translator antics. More genderfuck. More religious worldbuilding. Honestly, pick any element of the ancillary universe and run with it, and I'll be pleased as punch.

I'd be thrilled anything in my general likes, or any loose thread left hanging from the books, and spun a story around that. Or if you'd like more specific prompts, here are some ideas that came to mind as I stared in giddy delight at the tagset:

- Political negotiations around the newly formed Republic of Two Systems. What do relations look like with the human Radch? How do the AIs wash up in the Presger's assessment of their significance? How do they reach out to other AIs outside the system, who perhaps have conflicting views about their offered independence?

- Tensions inside the Republic, as Breq/Sphene/Mercy of Kalr/Station try to navigate their competing agendas in the best interests of all their citizens.

- Ships loving other ships. I love the idea of using human crew members as stand-ins - maybe Mercy of Kalr calls on Kalr Five or Seivarden as a stand-in body to interact with Breq?

- Ships loving members of their crew, and struggling to express it in ways that humans can understand, and craving recognition of their feelings that they think or know their humans are incapable of seeing.

- Translator Zeiat being herself, and throwing the world around her into chaos through sheer obliviousness.

Marvel Cinematic Universe

SPOILER WARNING for Endgame in this section.

Nebula

Nebula's life is such a brutal, bitter tragedy, and Endgame has freshly ignited both my love for her and my desire to dwell on her identity angst and pain as much as possible. I loved that line she had, that she 'wasn't always like this' - how much does she remember about her pre-cyborg self?

I was also heavily into the Two Nebulas plot point, and would love to see more of that in fic. AU where the older Nebula successfully gets through to her past self and the two of them team up? Tender self!hurt/comfort? Violent, hate-fueled selfcest? A deep dive into exactly how their shared network thing works? Or take the time travel concept and take it further, so that current Nebula steps back in time to meet the organic life form she once was before Thanos turned her into a cyborg?

Gamora/Nebula

Basically all of the above, but with bonus love, sexual tension and/or incest guilt. How does Nebula's body work, after everything Thanos has done to her? We know she still feels pain - can she still feel pleasure, too? I'd love to see Gamora helping repair her after her artificial parts take damage, or training with her and taking stock of her almost-but-not-quite-natural powers and range of movement.

Kree Supreme Intelligence/Minn-Erva

I'm here for mindfuck, manipulation, and an all-knowing superior officer who takes just a little too much interest in Minn-Erva's personal life. Who does Minn-Erva see when she visits the Supreme Intelligence? Is it Vers? Maybe she goes back after her failure in battle, and is shocked and enraged to find that the Intelligence has taken on an all-too-familiar and unwelcome new shape. Or maybe it's an OC - a friend, a mentor, a sister or fellow soldier? What's the backstory there?

How does the Supreme Intelligence handle Minn-Erva? Does it fuel her Kree pride, or cruelly punish her every weakness, or reward her loyalty with hedonistic failures? Minn-Erva toes the Kree party line so closely, she seems the type to care deeply what the Intelligence thinks of her.

Star Wars Sequel Trilogy

C-3PO & Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
I'd so love to see my wonderful, toxic disaster OTP through 3PO's fussy eyes. Presumably he'd have been around all through Ben's childhood, to watch him grow from an innocent kid to a sullen teen to a megalomaniacal darkside zealot. And now he and the Resistance's prized new Jedi hero are making eyes at each other. I'm sure 3PO has an opinion, and quite frankly it's high time we all heard it.

Another idea: 3PO gets caught up in the midst of a battle or mission with Rey and Kylo (Against each other? Together, against a third party enemy?). He's spent the last two generations going on wild adventures with successive Skywalker power couples - maybe this is the next chapter in his saga!

Redeemed Ben Solo and resolutely darkside Kylo and all shades of grey in between are welcome. I request this ship...uh, quite a lot, and if you'd like more prompts to work with, there's a bunch in my recent May the 4th letter.

IT-000 interrogator droid
IT-000 interrogator droid & Poe Dameron & Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
So it's said the First Order built these torture droids in blatant violation of galactic law, drawing from and improving on some of the Empire's most brutal tech. There's not much more about them in extended canon, as far as I know, so they're a blank slate for worldbuilding: how much personality is programmed into them? Are they glorified medical props turned to evil, or are they sadists with enough sentience to take pride in their work? There's no such thing as 'too dark' for this request. I'd love to see Kylo's interrogation of Poe in TFA from the assisting droid's POV, or some other macabre glimpse into its work with the First Order.

On the other hand, maybe it's not the droid's fault that it was programmed to be the way it is. Maybe one droid decides it doesn't want to torture people any more, thank you very much, and goes rogue aboard its home Star Destroyer. Does it stick around to wreak havoc on its owners and go out in a blaze of glory? Or does it make a bid for freedom, set out on its own, maybe even fall into Resistance hands?
