They have cast Daisy Ridley’s actual real-life husband to play Kylo Ren Adam Driver Dr Adam Carlsen in the film adaptation of bestselling Reylo AU The Love Hypothesis.

I’m celebrating by listening to the audiobook while I work on a fiendishly difficult Van Gogh puzzle. The narrator has the most annoyingly nasal accent I’ve ever heard in my life, but her Dr Carlsen voice is growing on me.

Okay, that's kind of hilarious. And makes me wonder what Ridley and Bateman's kitchen table conversations about their days at work are going to be like.

Apparently the fandom’s in conniptions about it. (The fandom’s always in conniptions about something. I just hope they don’t take it out on Ridley and Bateman.) Personally I think it’s the funniest news I’ve heard in a long time and has pretty much guaranteed that I’ll go see the movie, which I was lukewarm about.
